Do you lay in bed and watch tv on your back? Sometimes I don't feel good and want to watch a movie in bed and don't know... Is that not ok? Confused lol ty

It's fine! You only need to stop laying on your back when it gets uncomfortable for you.
For me, I can't lay flat on my back without feeling like all the blood is rushing to my head, so I don't do it anymore

Talk to your doctor about it, because every doctor feels differently about this, and every woman and every pregnancy is different. But as a general rule, once you get to the second trimester, you shouldn't spend more than a few minutes at a time.on your back because the weight of your uterus can restrict blood flow to you and the baby.

I would get light headed if I were on my back. It started at my 20 w sono, laying on the flat table. It was not till much later that I had a problem in bed or the couch

I am uncomfortable laying on my back at this point - 33 weeks. so when I watch TV in bed I just prop myself up with pillows so I am kind of sitting up but resting at the same time.

Yup this is true, and I also try to lay on my side now when I'm watching TV, or prop myself up with pillows and lay on my back that way, but never for to long.

This is what I've read a lot. At this point I don't lie my back at all even though it hasn't gotten uncomfortable yet.

My OB told me to sleep/lay however I'm comfortable. He said that the baby and my body will let me know if it's not good because I'll get uncomfortable.
