Michael did the same thing this weekend. I think he saw my mom. He kept looking up at the celing and saying "come down from the ceiling and play". I kep asking him who he was talking to but he never answered me.

What a beautiful story 
My niece did this with my father and would talk to him for hours (which freaked my SIL out sometimes) but once she hit 3 (i think) it went away
