I took mine out when i was 4-5 months pg with DD. It was getting tight and dr told me if i didn't take it out then they would have to clip the ring to get it out.
I am glad i took it out, after you have a baby, your tummy is different.

I meant to add that I took mine out b/c I had a friend who's got "pushed" out and now has an ugly mark around her belly button. Mine is closed up, but I think I'm getting it redone. After my daughter, I pushed a ring thru and got a nasty infection.

I'm 4 months now and plan to take it out within the month.. with my first I tried to keep it in the whole time becouse I didn't want it to close and it caused a few faint stretch marks right above the hole around 6 - 7 months...

I am fighting it. I have had mine for 16 years & would hate to have to get it done again.
I am going to see if I can find the monfilament piercing that was popular a few years ago (spinal piercings). That will stretch & grow with my belly & hopefully I will not have to take it out.

Mine fell out right before I got pg. I had to clean out the hole multiple times durng the pg yuck. Now 4w pp it looks the same - I dunno if i'll put it back in - I feel a little old now  but it's great motivation to get skinny!

I took mine out at about 3 or 4 months. It started to feel weird.
Although my belly button in no way, shape or form is "popping out" it is still very deep.

You might have to take the tongue one out - the hospital may not allow it in just in case you have to have an emer. c-section. You should ask about it ahead of time.

this time I have a diff ring
I will most likely taki it out around 4-6months

They do have pregnancy belly rings though so u can leave it in. It is longer.
Mine looks like a tiny slit now from the stretching.

Im with you guys. Then again, I had my piercing done when I was heavy and my boobs were much bigger - they survived. As for my navel, I am getting bored with it and once it comes out, I dont plan on putting it back in.
