For the tempers... CM releated
Do you go strictly by your temp rise to indicate when you O.. or do you cross check with CM? If so, do you see CM before/during/after you O? Since I changed mythermometer, it's impossible to figure out an O date. I do still see a temp dip and then a spike of .3 so Id imagine O occurred the day of the dip? But if I go by CM, it happened 2 days later... This is soooooo my last month of temping lol ANY insight wold be appreciated

i always had EWCM up until the day of O, sometimes even the day after.
I used CM to figure out when to BD, and temping to confirm O. I always had a pre-O temp dip too.

Re: For the tempers... CM releated
I use temps just to confrim O. I use OPKs to predict when its coming and then the temp after the fact to confrim....I dont use either to plan my I just know which week its going to fall in and get in as much as our schedules allow.
Its a different plan this past cycle but thats becuase I started IUI and I need to know when I am goign to O so I can get to the Dr for the IUI.

i used OPKs and CM to get an idea when i was going to O and i temped to confirm that i did O...i usually got EW or Watery CM for a few days before i O'd and the day i O'd.
