I started pushing at 2am but my epi was too high. Tried again at 2:15 and she was out in 15 minutes.

2 hours with #1 - 9 lbs, 5 oz
5 minutes with #2 - 8 lbs even

total of 45 minutes, and that includes the last minute where we finally had to use a vacuum. poor ds looked like he had a suction cup for a head....and got bruised on the side...fortunately that all healed very nicely.

After my initial push, DS's heartrate dropped so we waited a while before trying again. Then I pushed for probably a half hour and they had to use the vacuum extractor to get him all the way out because he had the cord wrapped around his neck.

at Least 2 hours then needed forceps and i had a 4th degree episitomy with tearing.
