Did you cycle get better? So irritated, I thought mine would, but I am already 5 days late! No, no baby on the way, just thought it would straighten it self out to 28 days, but obviously not.

My cycles were always screwed up. I took bcp for many years to regulate me. Once I finally stopped, I was regular. Then after I had my daughter, my cycles went back to being all messed up.

I was not regular before having Andrew. In fact, I was getting my period for like 8 months. I would see the doc and he would give me Provera to induce, I'd get AF and then we'd wait and see if I would get it on my own the next month. Nope. We never found out what was the matter, but I got PG with Andrew and I was ok with that!

7 weeks postpartum, AND exclusively breastfeeding, I got AF back! And then got AF like lockwork every 28-30 days. So yes, having a baby got me back to normal (I was on the pill for 8 years prior to coming off it). And it made it that much easier to plan baby #2

After I had my son it took me about 6 months for my period to straighten out.. and it became a little closer to "norm".. Be patient.. hopefully it'll straighten itself out...

Chlmgr: THAT IS EXACTLY how my cycle was, I had it for 6 months, 9 months and then other times every 45 days or so... I had Provera twice, and once they were trying to get me to go for a DNC, but I didn't want it so they tried the Provera again. STill haven't gotten it, still a negative PT so I am not worried.
