foods that HELP constipation in 1 year old...
transitioning from formula to milk and DD is getting constipated. She is also teething really bad and wont drink the sippy so i cant add pear or prune juice.
what kind of foods can i feed her that are high in fiber and get things moving?

My DD had a lot of trouble too. I gave her raisins which help a bit and also I picked up some flax seed (sell it at Trader's Joes). It's tasteless and I added it to her cereal or yogurt and it helped a lot. Also, I heard figs help so gave her fig cookies as a snack now and then but I definitely think the flax seed was the best.

Prune juice
Peaches
Pears
You can also "cycle" the baby's legs like he was riding a bike to relieve the pressure

Try putting an ounce of pear juice in her milk. Or try a straw sippy for juice..

We do pear juice, prune juice, pears, peaches, prune baby food. My mom also swears by watermelon because it has such a high water content it helps move everything along in the system. We've been trying it all.

Ditto. We mix them in her cereal and she loves them.
And they produce results quickly!

our little guy ate prunes every single day and that didnt help. and, he started to hate them. i asked our pediatrician and he recommended Benefiber. he said you dont have to change your diet if you use 1 teaspoon a day- you can mix it in with food or mix it in a bottle.
we've been using benefiber and ive been trying to give him lots of water
