Food for Christening
We are having my DS's christening party in my dads yard and I am having Famous Daves cater the food. From them we are getting: pulled pork, roasted chicken, ribs, brisket, corn on the cob and corn muffins. I will also be making a garden salad, coleslaw and mac & cheese. I want to buy potato salad but I dont know much to order. There will be approximately 70 people at the party. So how many pounds of potato sald do you think I need? And is there any other food you think I should add? Thanks!
ETA: there will also be baked beans if that makes a difference.

I think the food sounds great. I would assume 1/4 lb per person and then maybe subtract a couple of pounds from that since not everyone will have it. Maybe 12-15?
