Lowes like $17...it's awesome, we actually got 2 sets. It has the alphabet on it. BJ's sells them sometimes too. The ones at Toys R Us are $$$$$$

I have the ones from One Step Ahead. I think they were $40 a package and I got like 4 sets to cover the playroom. They are pretty think and the letters aren't too small (choking hazards)

One Step Ahead had the wood looking foam mat which are easy on the eyes  I have the multi colored alphabet ones because I bought them before they came out with these...

Can I ask a dumb question about these...
Do any of you with the foam mats have doggies???? Do they leave it alone or try to chew them????
Our Sophie is really the best doggie in the world but every once in a while she'll set her sights on a toy or baby item and will not rest til she gets a hold of it and goes into full-on DESTRUCTO mode. I'd hate to buy this and have her make foam confetti out of it.... What do you think?

We have a dog and she never took the foam letters, she's actually been randomly really good with DD's toys!!!
DD on the other hand chewed the letters and ripped them apart

We had the alphabet ones and they drove me insane. My DS was constantly pulling them apart. I had them down for a few months and then couldn't deal with it for another second.

I got the blue one at TRU. I got them on sale for $5 for a pack of 5. I think they are about $20 or about for a pack of 5.

I have the foam alphabet one. I have it over an area rug in his playroom. Right now he hasn't cared to pick up the letters, but I'm sure it'll come. It's good for now and the dog doesn't chew it. He actually likes to walk on it and lay there. I find him in there a lot sleeping when we can't find him.

I finally took them up because of this, but we had a good run  I think DS was about 18 or 19 months when I finally took them out of the living room.

We are getting close to this point with DD, she is only 8 months but she takes them apart and chews on them - it's so gross and such a mess - it's like alphabet soup! LOL

My husband is putting them down this weekend after pulling the carpet up in the play room (there's hardwood underneath)
