Foam Mattresses
Other than the fact that they are easier to change the sheets, what have you heard/read about foam vs. innerspring mattresses? I am getting conflicting information from different stores. Thanks!

Re: Foam Mattresses
I read that foam don't last as long. I also heard that they are made of polyurethene (SP?).
I registered for a mattress at BRU that is innerspring, but also had a layer of foam. I think the foam side is for infants and the spring side is for toddlers, but it is not advertised as a foam mattress, so I think it is made withmore natural material. I was just asking about this, and Im stilled confused, but Im sticking with what I registered for b/c it got good reviews.
It is a Simmons Beauty Rest Beginnings Sophisticated crib & toddler bed matress.

Re: Foam Mattresses
I thought foam was supposed to be the best because it is the most firm. I have a Colgate mattress for my DS and I bought the same for baby #2.
