Flu Shots?
Is anyone getting ther DD/DS a flu shot? my friend's ped recommended this to her at her DD's 15 month checkup.
If no, can you tell me why?

i was first inline at my peds office to get my dd and ds their flu shots. i cant find any reason not to give it to them. jmo.

Julia got her's at her last check-up. The Flu is so bad for them at this age, so I wanted it for her asap!

I'm not unless I can find somewhere that has the pre-filled syringes that are preservative free. I guess if we have a bad flu outbreak this year I may consider otherwise.
They recommend all babies over 6 months old get it once a year because babies can die from the flu. Of course this isnt' the norm but it can happen. We all had the flu last year so DH and I got flu shots.

At Ryans 8 month check up last month he got one along with his other 2 shots.
