Florida ladies
Does anyone know the school schedule in FL for March and April? Im trying to plan a trip to Disney but don't want to go when the schools are off down there.
TIA

Re: Florida ladies
I live in Fl but I dont have kids, so I am not to sure with the schedule.. the only advice I can give you is that during 2009 disney is offering free admision the day of your birthday, just in case you are going during the birthdays that one of the member of your family..
P.s. also remember that the people that visit the park are not mostly FL residents but people from other states..

Honestly most Florida Residents know to go during the dead seasons (late August-mid October) (Early Dec) (Jan-Feb)... and know to stay pretty far away the rest of the year unless they have family in town or a special event.
But for our school district in Florida the kids have off March23-27 For Spring Break, and April 10th for Good Friday And March 30th is a teacher planning day so the kids have off as well.

Re: Florida ladies
I would def suggest you also pick up the book "the Unofficial guide to walt disney world"... it breaks down (by the day) what the expected volume is for each parks (which ones are suggested for that day, which ones to avoid). Definitely a great tool for planning a WDW trip.

I agree with everyone else. I live near Disney and it will be a madhouse March and April regardless if FL is out of school. You have to account for International vacationers too and all around the US schools are out different times for spring break.
Per PP take note of the dead seasons if you can be flexible but March, April, and beginning of May expect it to be very busy.
