Flex Spending help!
I just realized DH has $300 to claim for flex spending that he has not used this year - and it's a use it or lose it thing as you all know!
what can i have him buy for that we can submit for reimbursement? i'm thinking diaper rash ointments, pain relievers (tylenol, motrin, etc)
any other suggestions? TIA!

Pepto, vitamins...
go to drugstore.com - check out their stuff - if it's FSA allowable - it will say it in the description!!!

Re: Flex Spending help!
contact lens solution, spf 15 or greater, I believe sanitary napkins, tampons etc, diaper rash ointment, Infant tylenol, motrin etc, OTC for you and DH...
I'll try to think of more...

Re: Flex Spending help!
CVS also counts your total of allowable items too. I would buy every cold remedy possible with winter coming up.
I think Diaper cream is allowed. DEFINATELY stock up on Triple Paste- its very expensive and the only thing that works for a really bad rash.

Re: Flex Spending help!
don't forget doctor and hospital copays!
and you may also be able to buy formula if your baby has a special need for it, ie. the breastmilk or regular stuff just won't do.

Re: Flex Spending help!
if i had that left over i'd be buying myself a nice new pair of glasses
also, i would ask my OB if it would be possible to partial bill me for this year. with DD#1 i got slammed with one large bill once she was born, it'll be the same with DD#2 as well. i don't know if they could break up the payments, but it wouldn't hurt to ask...
