We used the noggins nest also. If his head is already flat, it doesn't really help much. My little guy still needed a helmet.

We found the Noggin Nest to be a complete waste. It isn't firm at all, so the head ends up pressed anyway. It's good in theory, but not in practice. Being on top of repositioning will likely yield better results than that pillow.

This... these pillows dont really work. Best bet is to try and do repositioning etc and limit time in bouncy seat, swing etc when you can. Tons of tummy time. The more your child is off the side that is flat the better. Good Luck!

Re: flat head pillow

Same thing happened with one of my twins. The back started to get a little flat. We did a bunch of things. Noggin nest, more tummy time, alternated which side we fed him on at each feeding (so his head would be in a difft position), and alternated placement in the crib (head towards door, then feet towards door). All of these things helped. And when we went back to ped 2 months later, it was corrected. GL!
