Fish taste
I feel like I am crazy- does anyone have a fish taste in your mouth after taking pre natals?? I am taking one a day prenatal as per my Ob/gyn it's 2 seep rate pills- one vit and one for bha...?

YES... I can't swallow pills so I do chewables with a separate DHA (non-fish oil) which I basically dissolve in my mouth (gross, I know)... and it TOTALLY TASTES LIKE FISH!

My DHA pill gives me fish burps. Its terrible.

I take theranatal by theralogix recommended by my RE. No fishiness, gas, or nausea. Very affordable too. The prenatal one is one pill and the pregnancy ones are 3 separate pills; one is vitamins/minerals, one is DHA, and the other has extra Vit D and B6 that's supposed to reduce nausea.

Fish taste
This happened to me when I would take my vitamins before of after a meal. Try eating something, take your vitamins, and then finish eating. I did this and no more fish burps!!

Switch pre-natals! I am taking Rainbow Light One-A-Day pre-natals and Rainbow Light's DHA supplement (also one pill a day). I have NEVER had any fishy after taste/burps and they are so easy on my stomach -- I have even taken them in the AM before eating anything! I order them off Amazon and they get delivered in 3 days!
