First RUDE comment today
I had my NT scan yesterday and everything looked great  So I decided to tell my students today that I am pregnant. Some of them have guessed already because things seem to expand more quickly with pg # 2 
So a girl in my 10th grade comes in late and one of the other students tells her I am pregnant. So she looks at me and then looks at my stomach and says: "Miss! Isn't your belly kinda big to be only 13 weeks?"
My response: "Kimberly...maybe when you learn what the word rude means I'll answer your question."
It probably doesn't help that she is NOT one of my favorite students.

Kids have no filters anymore! I agree with a pp and give dention for being late, or extra work. (an essay on what the word rude means)

What a b@tch!! She was probably just looking for an excuse to say something nasty. I agree with whoever said it earlier, she definitely deserves a detention for lateness.

Congrats on your scan! I agree- the second time around I "popped" out much quicker- even though I could hardly keep any food down the first trimester
The rude comments are unescapable and can come from any source. People have no couth.

Kids are so crazy! I'm totally not trying to "top you", but you have to hear what one student said to me and it WILL make you feel better lol
Right after I came out, 12 weeks and change, I told my HS students as well. One boy said to me, "Ooohh, I didn't know you were pregnant, I just thought you were getting fat!" LOL Nice, huh?

Ha! Gotta love them.
When I told my students I was pregnant again (again because I had all of them last year when I was preg with Gianna), one of them replied with, "Geez. Not again! Don't you think you should give it a rest already?" A phone call to dad and a detention shut him up quickly!

my students are the worst.
When I told them, one girl yelled out
1. "Your vagina is never going to be the same again!!!"
then right after I yelled at her for that she comes out with...
2. "Was it an all-nighter? Because my dad says if you do it all night long it will be a boy"
These kids have no filter, but then again, look where she heard it from
