First Internal Exam!S
So, today was my first internal exam and the doc said I was 60% effaced but am NOT dilated. I am now 37 weeks. So, what does that mean? I thought I should be dilated if I was effaced that much. Could this mean I can go to labor any day? any thoughts?

Try not to think about it. These numbers really mean nothing until labor actually starts. My friend was 2 cm dialated for 3 weeks. It gave her false hope of labor.
