First Birthday "wish list" recommendations...
My family has already started to ask what Nolan "wants" for his first birthday! Which I  because they are the ones with kids already! How do I know what he wants or needs? I am such a Toys R Us kid and want everything!!! 
What are some top good things to have for a summer baby boy's first birthday?
I have a first birthday party to go to in a couple weeks so this post will serve double! 
Thanks!
ETA: My first thoughts are water table (do I go simple or full on pirate ship), foam flooring for play area, gazillion bubble machine (my neighbor has one and I went running into the street like a kid!).

a radio flyer wagon is a good gift, if you don't have one!
some type of outdoor slide/climber/etc??
maybe a bike that has a harness-strap and parent handle (you might not use it too much this yr but next yr you will!)

The Step 2 push buggy!!
We got it at DS's 1st bday and are still using it, it's a nice change from the bulky stroller for little errands and DS loooooves it!!

def. the step 2 push around buggy!!! I got one for DS laast week and I wish I had gotten it for DS a few months sooner because he's already squeezed pretty tight in it now....It def. won't last much longer! Image Attachment(s):

I totally love this! DH squashed it in TRU! He's such a scrooge! I'm totally putting this on his wish list! Nolan and I walk up and down the block and around town all the time!
DH said DS will be in scoot yourself things before we know it but I'm sure there will be plenty of time where he'll just want a ride!
