First AF since Going off BP
I have mixed feelings about getting AF today. I just came off the pill after 10 years in Dec. i was due on Saturday that just passed. We calculated when I ovulated and tried during that entire week. I guess Im sad that it didnt work right away....but happy to know that I ovulated and got a somewhat "normal" period. How would you all feel?

 I did not expect to get my BFP the first month off the pill, but I was still dissapointed that it didn't happen.
 for your next cycle! It is great that you can see the good side of things though, it's great that after coming off BCP you were able to know when you ovulated and estimate when you AF would come.  those are really big in helping you get that BFP

i know where you're coming from. i came off the pill in october after being on for almost 10 years and although i was doubtful i would get pg the first month, i was still totally bummed when i got a BFN. i ovulated the first month without any problems, but my cycles are still trying to regulate themselves. i was always 28 days on the pill. now that im off ive had 23, 25, and 26 day cycles. so im hoping i have more luck now that my cycles are becoming more "normal".

I would feel exactly the same way about it.
Here's some for next month.
And if it makes you feel any better, I know a woman that waited several months before her AF returned. So at least you know that you're ready to go

since were waiting to TTC i was very happy to see that my 1st 2 cycles off the BCP were normal. i've heard from a lot of people that they don't for a few months. i've been tempting so i know i o'ed and thats a good thing.

i'm in the same boat as you. i should get my first AF around the 14th. mixed feelings---want to get it (to know im "normal") , and want to get the BFP... all at the same time.
