First AF
When do you typically get your first period after birth? Its been 4 months and nothing. I have weened from BF where I only do 1 feeding at night or every other day. No plans on trying to conceive now but want to get my body regulated for #2. When did you get your first AF post baby?

with my first, i never ended up actually getting my period bc i managed to get pregnant - this was at 6 months post partum while i was still breastfeeding.
My youngest is 5 months old and my period still has not returned....

I got mine at 13 weeks PP. I was pissed because I EBF and was looking forward to not having to deal for a long time.

I didn't bf at all and didn't get it until 6m pp but I am extremely irregular. Ds is 10m and I've only had it twice.

My first post partum period was when dd was 6.5 months old. It was a couple of weeks after DD started eating solids.

My first one actually wasn't so bad. I actually thought that it was just my postpartum bleeding starting up again but I got AF again like 30 days later. They've been pretty inconsistent - bad cramps with light bleeding or light cramps with heavy bleeding.

I did not get AF until my milk was completely dried up, when ds was 11 months old. I even pumped once or twice a day for a long time & I still didn't get it until 4 weeks after the very last day I ever pumped. It didn't seem so much like a period, more like spotting that was heavier some days & lighter some days & lasted on & off for a few weeks & I don't remember much cramping or discomfort. Never had a period again after that (got pregnant again before I could get a period again).
