 finally! its been a long, hard road but we made it! we are in full contract  such a relief!

yes! they wanted 7/1 and we told them we would only go to 6/15 (we actually walked away from the contract) and they came back and agreed to 6/15

WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD NEW NEIGHBOR!!!!!!!!
you are gonna love it there and I hear that the nice couple around the corner that you can see/talk to from your yard are REALLY AWESOME, super nice, love to cook, eat, and in the summer drink and hang by the fire pit and invite friends to join them! (you could just hop over the fence,  )
