Finally closed on our refinance!
Right now saving $300 a month. After the PMI, we'll be saving $430. I'm very happy especially since I was stressing big time over money today. Every little bit helps!

Congrats!!!! We closed on ours yesterday. We aren't saving much at all, but we switched to a 20 year instead of a 30.
Enjoy the savings!

Us too, we closed right before Thanksgiving, our payment is pretty much the same with 7 years less on the mortgage.
