FINALLY- AND IT ONLY TOOK 4 BUYERS!
The contracts on our townhouse were signed today!! It took 3 other deals to fall through and finally, we have a contract!!!!!! They asked us to be out in 3 weeks, but my DH said 4!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!

We have a new house, but it won't be ready till mid June. So in the mean time, we are renting a furnished apartment in White Plains. Now I can walk to work for 3 months!!!! We will definitely save on gas!
