Finally a positive OPK!
Today i got my first positive OPK reading...on CD22! so we  last night and this afternoon...should we also tomorrow night?
Also, what day would i consider my 1DPO? Tuesday?

yay! Yes, I think you should also tom and Tues since ovulation takes place 12-36hrs after a positive OPK. I think your 1DPO can start any where from tom-Tues.
