FINALLY!!!
so here I am at CD22 and FINALLY i got a high fertility reading on my CBEFM! I am going to OPK later, but now do I BD everyday? It's my first month using the CBEFM. Not sure if I BD everyday starting now, or when I get the peak fertility. What do you guys think??
I am so relieved because I was starting to think i was never going to O lol!

I usually BD every other day from when I see the high and then every day during the peak days.
I remember my first high reading and it was definitely exciting lol. Wait until you see the egg pop up for your peak! Lots of luck to you and congrats on finally getting the high reading.

As soon as I see my high reading I get to it. I would BD at least every other day and at least the day after you get your peak reading. Glad it looks like things are happening!!

i am so relieved i was so upset yesterday! When I'm upset I shop lol yesterday i bought 2 pairs of boots, and skincare products, and clothes lol my husband is a saint through all of this bottom line: he was VERY happy to hear the news that I had a high fertility today, for numerous reasons!
