Filter for tap water ?
I'd like to get something to attach to my faucet, mainly for when I cook or give the dog water. We buy bottled water to drink because I dislike LI water and honestly, i'm sort of scared to drink it.
Anyone have any recommendations ???

I have a PUR filter and I love it. I put it in a gallon bottle in the fridge and can't taste the difference between that and tap. That, and they have great customer service. The old one started leaking and I called them and they mailed me a new unit.

Same here. It's such a great filter that I now drink LI water (I used to hesitate to drink it too). But I trust this filter does a great job.

Re: Filter for tap water ?
Thanks, I was looking at the Pur. A lot of reviews were bad for the Brita & then some people had issues with the Pur leaking too. Great to know I could just get a different one if there's a problem !
Thanks again !

We drink Poland spring now, but use Brita for the cat and cooking. LI water scares me too, and tastes nasty.

I have to say that you can TASTE the difference when you use a faucet filter. Smells AND tastes different (much better with a filter of course).
