We bought ours at Office Max I think. It matches my desk in the office. The quality is decent too.

I saw some nice ones on the Target website and Crate and Barrel. Not sure how the quality of their stuff is though.

Look on Craigslist. You might be able to find some really nice ones cheap.

HomeDecorators.com has several (138, actually)--I've never ordered from there though-so I don't know about quality, but they look nice!
ETA- It seems that some are solid hardwood, hardwood with veneers,or hardwood & composite wood, so there seems to be variety.
And most require assembly.

ours is from ikea... but it might look a little too office like for what you want, BUT i was gonna say that friends of ours got a few peices from home decorators.com, and are really happy with the quality, the shipping, and everything. its decent stuff! good luck!

i received a sample wood color of this file cabinet and it matches my desk perfectly. 99% sure that i am going to order but no experience w/ the company. maybe i will check R&F's selection before ordering this.

I posted a thread about the file cabinet I bought from them and in the weeks following, I'm warming up to it. It looks exactly like the picture and just like Ikea furniture, if you don't take it apart or move it around, it's fine.
It doesn't look too bad, it's just that I know how cheaply it's made. But for a filing cabinet? I don't need solid hardwood.
