Figuring out my cycle
Okay, may sound like a very silly question but here goes....
by the way, as of today I am OFFICIALLY OFF OF THE PILL! I still can't believe we're doing this!
Since I was on BCP, my placebo pills started on a Sunday, and usually by Tuesday morning AF would be here. But sometimes it pops up slightly early on Monday night (usually somewhere around 4-6pm or something)- but it's not even a real flow. And that's what happened this month.
Do I count that day (Monday) as the start of my cycle ? Or do count from Tuesday, when it really came on full force? (tmi?  )
I feel like such a dope asking this but... I never had to worry about cycles before....Yasmin worked like clockwork!

I would count the first day or "real flow" as CD1 (so that would be Tuesday)

AF is the first day of full flow - or first day of red flow.
