Fiber Gummies
Someone on here recommended them for constipation (having no luck with fiber bars or colace) but I can't seem to find them with sugar - only sugar free - and I want to avoid sugar substitutes. Does anyone have any brands they can recommend or any alternatives? TIA :)

I give them to my daughter...we use the CVS brand...I just checked the container and they have sugar as opposed to sugar substitute. They seem to work well for her.

Just put about3 spoonfuls of benefiber in your morning drink (tea,juice). Works like a charm. I actually used the cvs brand.

I suggested them, but the ones I take (Fiber Well) do have sucralose (splenda) in them. I have taken these in the past too - they also work but I don't think they taste as good:

How does it taste? I tried another fiber mix and it made me sick

I use the Fiber Well as well and it has made me regular. I HIGHLY recommend them. I know they have sucralose but if you can't find anything else, these DEF work!
