What are some foods with lots of fiber in them?
I need to add more fiber into my diet. What are some food like you like and have a lot of fiber?

I have always had a problem getting enough fiber in my diet. When I went to the gastroenterologist a couple of years ago he said to try getting more fiber and gave me a list of foods and their fiber content similar to THIS ONE IThis site is great for how to improve your fiber content.
Oh and don't even think about supplements. One apple has more fiber in it than a supplement can (I'm talking about the pills, they are a waste).

Gnu bars, you can get them at GNC or those types of foods or from gnu bars They have 12 g of fiber each and are yummy

Fiber One cereal has 14g. The honey clusters actually taste pretty good!
