Fiber cereal
Can anyone recommend a good fiber cereal? Need some fiber to help with cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Fiber One. Someone made fun of me once for eating it, said it looks like fish food.  But the taste isn't bad. I also like Shredded Wheat & Bran with sliced banana.

I saw "poop like a champion" cereal on amazon. My friend tried it and loved it!

My GI Dr. recommended Trader Joe's bran flakes, I love them, especially when I add raisins to it

I love bran flakes
Oatmeal is good as well
Meticmucil also helps lower cholesterol.
Try taking fish oil & flaxseed oil daily too
I had high lipids for a while and these little changes really help
