Has anyone used this? what have been the results?

I tried it when I was losing my supply but I really don't think it did anything.

I used it and it worked great! I'd definitely recommend it if your supply is low. That combined with more frequent pumping and I kept doubling my pumping output. Check kellymom.com for more info. you can buy it at any vitamin or nutrition place. FM me if you have any questions. Keep in mind you have to take a lot to get results though. Like 3 pills at a time, 3 times a day. And it's what they use to flavor artificial maple syrup so it makes your urine and sweat and maybe the baby's too smell like maple syrup.

I am using it as well as eating oatmeal everyday and I don't think it has helped at all.

I started using this a week ago because my supply was low and now i am pumping out 10oz. at each session!! U have to take 3 capsuls 3x a day.

3x capsules 3x day seems like a lot. Has had anyone had side affects?

there are tons of women taking this without serious side effects. it's just an herb. the only side effects are the odor I mentioned and possibly gas. For those who said that the fenugreek did not work for them, you have to be emptying the breast every 2-3 hours max to see the results so you also need to be nursing/pumping more often for to boost the supply/output. There's a lot of literature about it on kellymom.com which is a website devoted to breastfeeding issues.
