Anybody use fenugreek?
Did it help? How long before you noticed results? How much did it increase your supply?

I did use it and it helped my supply a little. DS had latching issues and I think if I pumped more diligently I would have seen better results.

I used it and I agree with steph, it helped a little but if didn't take it every day, I would start to dry up again
I had to eventually stop BF'ing
