Feeling really discouraged...final update
Had my first appt. yesterday. Urine was postive. Did sono and they said it looked like the sac was measuring at 7w 1d but didn't see a fetal pole. I thought I was 7w 6d as of yesterday based on my calculations. They took blood.
I go back tomorrow for more blood. Should have results by Monday and then go for another sono on Tuesday.
It is possible that I ovulated later than I thought which would set me back 5 days but I just can't help but feel like there should have been more to see at this point. I don't want to go through another loss.
I'm still trying to hold out hope that there will be progress by next week. 
UPDATE:
Its been a slowwww torture but we are another step closer to finding out if this is gonna happen for us right now.
Bloodwork showed an increase. But was in a "grey area". First bloodwork was 64,000, and the second was 67,000.
The plus side...my sonogram this time showed a yolk sac where it hadn't last week. I guess that's progress, right?
At this point, they arent taking anymore blood. By the 20th of this month there needs to be a fetal pole and heartbeat or its likely over.
Keeping the faith that this little bugger shows up in a week.
Final update:
Blighted Ovum
Scheduled for a D&C next Wednesday . I hope to be back on this board again really soon. Thanks for all the support!

It is definitely possible that you ovulated later than you thought and maybe even implanted late too. Sending prayers!!

Its definitely possible that you ovulated late and maybe had a late implanter as well. I knew the exact dates if conception with three if my pregnancies and yet I always always a week behind where i should have been.

This is what I'm hoping. Thanks. I know it's very possible and not uncommon to be the case with situations like this. It's just scary as hell!

No. Not yet. When I went to have my blood taken again yesterday, they did tell me that Tuesdays blood was positve but I didn't even think to ask for the number. I'm just praying that it has doubled from Tuesday to Thursday. I should get the results by Monday.
