Favorite Character Meal at Disney?
I may be too late to make reservations but would like to do a character meal.
What is your favorite Character Meal?
From the research I have done, I think I like Chef Mickey's, Ohana and the Ft Wilderness BBQ.

My DH loved the breakfast buffet/character interaction @ Tusker House in AK.
We did Crystal Palace but the food (dinner) was eh..

For breakfast, we loved 'Ohana and Tusker House. We also enjoyed dinner at Chef Mickey's!

Favorite Character Meal at Disney?
chef mickey for sure! we did the breakfast and really enjoyed it. its never too late to make reservations. you have to keep checking the reservation site online as you get closer to your trip. There are always cancellations. I was able to get dinner reservations at Ohana, which is booked months in advance, just about a week before our trip. We LOVED dinner at Ohana!!!! The dinner is not a character meal. Ohana does a character breakfast ( and maybe a lunch, have to check)only.

Chef Mickey!!!  Crystal Palace was nice but DS isnt a huge Winnie the Pooh fan.
ETA: We didnt have any reservations for anywhere our last night in Disney, but we went over to Chef Mickey and put our name in and waited 90 minutes but we got to have dinner there 2X during our vacation.

Every restaurant I wanted to make a reservation is fully booked - Chef Mickey's, Coral Reef, Ohana, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Via Napoli, and Garden Grille.

1900 park fare dinner with the step sisters is our favorite time in disney every year. My dd 5 absolutely LOVES it!

Favorite Character Meal at Disney?
I like the Crystal Palace for breakfast. We went last week. We had a 8:00 reservation and the park didn't open until 9 so when we went down main street no one was really there and we got really nice pictures. Once we were done with breakfast we got to ride evertything with really no wait.

Fort Wilderness BBQ was absolutely wonderful!!! Mickey and Minnie come out and dance with the kids for hours!! It was by far the BEST character meal ever!! We were not able to get a reservation 1st try and kept checking back and got one - so keep checking - people cancel b/c they make their reservations so far ahead of time....

Favorite Character Meal at Disney?
I loved breakfast at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom. DS also loved breakfast at Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood Studios. I was able to find q ton of options the week before we went. I would check daily to see what's available.

Ugh! Keep trying though. People might cancel. I got a 7pm dinner reservation at Chef Mickey's like 3 days before my trip. Good luck!!!

just pop online and check 2-3 times through the day

we loved chef mickey. we did breakfast bc our daughter prefers breakfast food over dinner. they had so much food to choose from and it was all the 'main' disney characters and each one came to our table.

I think what is also hurting us is that we are going with another family so we need a table for 7.

You were right. We just got a reservation for Ohana on the day that we leave!
