My favorites are The Notebook and Ever After.
Memoirs of a Geisha is more of a drama in my opinion, but they label it in the romance genre. I love that movie too, just not a typical chick-flick.
Message In A Bottle was also very good.

I am usually not a romantic movie type person, but I always love Jerry McGuire. Although this was before the whole crazy Scientology crap came out so now I don't see Tom Cruise the same anymore. 
Also love Love Actually.

The Notebook is my alltime favorite love movie.
I also recently watched 13 going on 30 and really loved it. It's a cute love story.
