fatigue......

I'm 10 weeks right now... and I am fatigued.... the kind of feeling you get the evening prior to waking up with the flu Chat Icon

I'm pretty good early in the day, but progressively degrade throughout the day, until I stumble home at night. It's seriously affecting my productivity.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips to keep energy levels up?

I don't snack during the day, so I'm going to bring a bit in to keep sugar levels up starting tomorrow.... Any other suggestions?

Re: fatigue......

It will get better. Mine is slowly fading. But then again, I was told I was anemic so maybe that was a big part of it for me.

Re: fatigue......

well, I'm mercifully not anemic right now (I'm frequently boarderline, though)

it's a relief that it's a first trimester thing... I didn't know that. I was just thinking that my career would take a nosedive if I had to drag around like this until late september Chat Icon

ok, I'll wait it out then Chat Icon

Re: fatigue......

Just take naps as much as you can. I was exhausted for the entire 3 months and it never got any better.

Re: fatigue......

I am exhausted all day and can barely make it through an 8 hour shift at work without closing my eyes.

I keep hearing that it will go away, so I keep telling myself that.

Re: fatigue......

I have been the same way. 13 1/2 weeks now and it's getting only a tiny bit better. I hope next week I wake up and it's gone.
