Fashion Question
I have two wedding to attend this summer--one in late July when I will be 19 weeks and the other in mid-August when I will be 21 weeks. I am thinking of buying this dress:
The issue is that the lady in the pic looks pretty pregnant and i am still wearing my size s tanks with maternity jeans. There is also the chance that I could "pop" between the two weddings, but I really don't want to buy two dresses.
I know I should probably wait until wedding #1 is closer, but I don't want to be stuck with nothing.
My other option is to buy a regular babydoll dress, but that might not fit for wedding #2.
Sigh. Not the WORST situation by any stretch of the imagination, but frustrating nonetheless...
Any advice?

I have 3 weddings. I am waiting until the week of to buy the dress for the first one in August, since I have no idea how my body will change by then. The other two are in Sept and Oct so I would think I would rapidly change by then.
I say wait. Who knows how we will change?

i would say to get it - it looks like the material is stretchy so it would look good on a tiny belly or a slightly bigger belly if you happen to pop.
i actually have a (sort of) similar dress i bought from cache last year, it seems like it's made from the same material, and it looks great on me now  even with a big belly!

I think I just bought the same dress in purple, but for a wedding I will be 32 weeks at. I went to a wedding at 16 weeks and wore a dress I had from pre-pregnancy. My stomach showed very very slightly, but nobody else could even tell. I'm 19 weeks now, and it still fits pretty much the same. I'm taking a long time to really show though. You could buy it and return it if it doesn't work by the second wedding....

It's from nordstrom--just do a search for maternity dress and it is on the second or third page.

i agree. I think this dress would look great with a pregnant belly big or small.
