Fantastic, Stupendous, Amazing Celebrity Sighting
So today at my lunchtime I go out to Space NK (a fancy make-up, beauty care shop) in the village of Wilmslow, where I work) to spend a GC that I got for my birthday, and who is in the shop, alone, with myself and the shop girls.
Stephen Patrick Morrissey.
Yes, you heard me right.
Stephen Patrick Morrissey.
Thats right. Morrissey.
So I turn around and talk to him. It was a total once in a lifetime experience. A real thrill. I thanked him for bringing me to Manchester, I told him I lived right around the corner from his childhood home, and I was absolutely thrilled that he was such a lovely lovely man.
Today was a really special day in my life.
I am thrilled to bits. Amazing.

I said, Can I tell you something, eh said Sure! So I said, In 1993 I came to Manchester because I loved the Smiths, and I am still here!!! And I said to him that I am a Jewish Girl from LI and somehow, when I was a teenager, I related to him. And he said, Well, that was what I was hoping for! So then we talked about the neighbourhood that I live in, I live on the next street from where he grew up. So that was nice. It was truly a once in a lifetime thrill. I waited my whole teenaged years and my twenties to meet Morrissey and tell him that.
Incidentally, he spent over £1000 on Hair/Skin products and candles.

Wow, that's great. A friend of mine is his soundboard guy when he does local shows in the US. He's apparently a really great guy who's got a nickname for everyone. My friend has red hair so his nickname is Ginge
