False postive on OPK due to clomid
So I called IVF at 8 am today to tell them that on a CBE OPK I had a  . I just got a call back from my regular sono tech and she said that based on my bloodwork on Monday with low estrogen that I should no way be surging right now. She spoke to Dr. Brenner, I see Dr. Droesh, and he felt it was a false positive based on all of the clomid I have been on this cycle....anyone get a false positive because of clomid? They want me to come in tomorrow for sono and bloodwork so I'll no more then.

YUP! Happen to me. I got a :) went in to get my bloodwork and nothing happened. It actually happened a few days later. They should be able to see from your sono if your follies are ready. I just kept  and hoping I made it in time.

i use to get them all the time from my PCOS and i might have even gotten one from the clomid and id ef did not respond to that

Yep, happened to me too. I actually went forward with an IUI with a false positive. I was so upset. Needless to say, I threw all those OPK's out and just relied on my blood work. Good luck
