Liberal narrative?
Information gets censored (as it should) when there isn't enough credible, factual information to support the the claim. There wasn't wasn't enough credible fact a year ago to support the claims that China released this virus whether inadvertently or intentionally. As new information is brought to life about this naturally opinions will change.

There was no concrete evidence that showed COVID originated in a lab. If there was, the conversation would've been different from the get go. As there is more proof, regardless of what we're talking about, the conversation changes.
As far as this is all concerned, I can't see wasting energy on those things we have no control over. I have no doubt TBTB will get at the truth behind COVID but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. COVID is here, the damage was done and all I am concerned with now is moving forward.
I have a hard time believing anything that comes from China. The CCP has no problem throwing their population under the bus.
Oh, I definitely think they covered or downplayed a lot at the beginning, but there was not enough evidence to say that.
Biden shut down the investigation.
Biden just requested the US intelligence officers redouble their efforts to determine the origin of Covid 19.
Scientists have also requested that the investigation of origin include both zoonotic and the lab leak theory. China continues to not allow an independent investigation and this is sparking new questions. WHO initially stated that a lab leak was implausible but new information and pressure from the scientific community has them re-evaluating.
That is some of the reasons that this is back in the spotlight but it's always been a theory.

I'm astounded that people use social media as a news source.
Facebook is entertainment and that is it. It uses algorithms to market and sell to it's users. How do you think the stock price is worth so much. It's bias and not a creditable source of any type of news.
There was plenty of news times spent on the Hunter Biden story right before the election across the board...liberal, moderate and conservative.
I do find it funny that the right wants to regulate Big Tech when they are suppose to be the party of hands off, free market and small Govt.

And? I think it is like that with any virus or illness. They have been researching all types of coronaviruses for a long time. They still don’t have answers.
The evidence suggests that the virus in the lab was a SARS virus almost identical to the current coronavirus now from 2012. They were speeding it up, which I think is questionable.

That is my point, The comparison to the research done on Covid vs AIDS is not the same. It was wiping out communities before the government even cared to research this virus or pay attention to it. Not trusting the world is living in fear. Not trusting medical, scientific, and epidemilogical research and data is living in fear. Questioning absolutely every intention, word, and twisting things to fit a narrative that simply doesn't exist, is living in fear. Not having respect for the incredible medical advancements that made a covid vaccine available.
A healthy dose of skepticism is just that - but when people turn that into "we are being controlled" I have to wonder why they think some neckbeard on social media knows more than professionals?

There is nothing wrong with that and not all medical and science is always right. Just like we might go for a 2nd opinion.

A synonym for skepticism is distrust, not fear. Reaching a conclusion and moving on does not mean u’ll for sure end up trusting those entities, u might or u might not and there’s nothing wrong with that. I much prefer questioning the government than believing in everything they say and constantly excusing their actions.

I don’t think anyone is believing in everything they say and constantly excusing their actions. It just a belief in data and facts. Add that onto a belief system and there you have it.
