Factor II activity
I had some genetic testing done after a suspected chemical. Everything cans back fine except that my factor II activity came back low (62). My ob said she wasn't exactly sure what our plan should be but she didn't seem too concerned. I tried to do some research on it and couldn't really find a link between having issues ttc and low factor II. Does anyone else have this? Should I consider seeing an RE or even a hematologist?

What is low factor II? Did you get the testing done through a genetic counselor?

She said it has to do with blood clotting, another name for a prothrombin deficiency. In this case I guess my body takes longer to form blood clots. She also said this could lead to heavy periods, which I also had but never knew why and other issues that could come up if I was pregnant. I just got the test done at a normal lab with a bunch of other bloodwork (Fragile X Cystic Fibrosis etc).
