Eyeliner Question
What eyeliner do you ladies recommend?
I do not care for MAC eyeliner I find it too runny.
ETS: not a liquid liner but an eyeliner pencil

Do you want a kohl liner, gel, cream, liquid? There are so many options (I have them all--I can't leave the house without a cat eye--been wearing it since I was 15.)

I just got one and I LOVE it. With my last eyeliner I would have to apply eyeliner a couple of times a day and now I apply once in the morning and around 6:30.

love Lancome eye pencil. never had a problem with it running or smudging and I've had issues with others. I get all MAC products except their pencil b/c it smudged

honestly, what works best for me (cause i CANNOT use liquid) is black eye shadow and an angled liner brush

I tired the Urban decay & Make Up Forever at the store & didn't like either. I don't remeber why though. 
I will have to try & again next time I am at Sephora.

I've tried a bunch of more expensive ones but always go back to the one I've used since HS since it goes on the best. It's the Covergirl twist up liner.
