extra diapers
what did you do with the extra diapers DC grows out of? DH loves to buy things in bulk no matter how much I tell him it's not always necessary. Of course we have tons of leftover newborn diapers b/c he's in size 1 now. He just bought a huge box of size 1 and of course I'm sure he'll be in 2 soon enough.
I did give the newborn's to a friend, but is there some kind of place that takes the donated diapers?

Re: extra diapers
If your planning on having a second DC, maybe you should just save them. If not maybe you can call your local church and maybe they might know a family that needs them.

Re: extra diapers
I would try to use all of them up (and squeeze him in them).
But I do have some in every size saved in a drawer-which i'm sure DS will find one day and they will be strewn about his room.

Re: extra diapers
I gave them to my IL's for my SIL's twins when they watched them during the day.
If you don't know anyone with kids, and are not planning on having another, I like the idea of donating to a church or someplace where they can give them to someone less fortunate.

Re: extra diapers
I donated them to an outreah progam near my house for families who can't afford them, I also do that with formula as well.
