Exterminator Question

We have termites and had some exterminators come in and give us some quotes; Suburban, Terminex and Regal. I made an appointment with Arrow, and they basically called me back and said they are one of the most expensive companies, so if I'm shopping around for price then they wouldn't be the best.
Out of the 3 that actually came, the guys from Regal seemed to be the most thorough. Their price is half that of the other companies, so that has me a little skeptical.
Has anyone used Regal before? How are they?

Where are you located? I can recommend someone for you if you are in Queens or Western Nassau.

I don't know anything about Regal - sorry! If you end up looking around some more, I definitely recommend our guy Victor of Victor Pest Control 516-798-2847 (last 4 digits spell bugs). I am not sure how he compares cost wise, since the previous owners had to pay for a year of his service, but he is super nice and really good at what he does and is very thorough. We also talked to terminex (there was a whole weird mess when we bought the house) and they were slightly cheaper, but didn't give as good coverage....

We have a contract with Suburban and it has worked out very nicely. Evryone has been more than accomodating to us. And, they put us on a payment plan which is very helpful.

I used Regal this summer for a bee issue within my home - I DO NOT recommend them!!!

They charge per section of spraying, so spraying our attic and then our roof were two different costs. They were very unprofessional and left a mess and came unprepared - they didn't have a latter to go to where the bees were and asked to use ours, nor did they wear any protective gear. Not to mention they gave me a time frame of 1-3pm and came after 6pm. We called them to come in a few days later to deal with the same problems since the bees didn't go away and were 3 hours late to that appt as well.

So, I called Arrow and they came in a few days later after all the other issues with Regal and took care of the problem, were early for the appt., wore protective gear, and guaranteed that they took care of the problem. Since they came and removed the nests, we haven't had any bees in our home or flying anywhere near by!
