exhausted following O?

I'm pretty sure I'm 1DPO today. Positive OPK Sunday and Monday, along with EWCM, and O pain yesterday. Today no more O cramps, no more EWCM. I just have sore boobs and I'm exhausted! I'm actually glad b/c I know my hormones are doing something they haven't been doing the last few months off BCP. But since this is potentially my first O in over 5 years, I'm just curious, is it normal to feel completely wiped out right after O?

I am usually exhausted the week before AF. This is something I just started noticing the past few years. My mom use to have the same thing happen to her too. For me it happens anywhere from right after O to a few days after until AF arrives.

OMG I'm 4DPO or so & am exhausted. I actually took a nap 2 days ago after school & haven't felt like myself this week (too many glasses of wine las night, maybe ).

Glad it's not just me. I feel drained. It's either hormonal or from all the BD'ing
I was actually looking into it and the rise of progesterone that happens with ovulation can make you sleepy.

I hear you ladies...I took a quick nap when I got home from work Saturday, and loooong nap when I got home from school Sunday, a short nap during work on Monday (my boss rocks!), a short nap after work on Monday, fell asleep during lunch yesterday (at work), passed out at 9:10 last night, and a nap when I got home tonight. This is ridiculous!! I think I probably O'd on Saturday...but I've never been this tired afterwards before. I think it is the fact that I've been putting in like 6 extra hours a week at work lately and I'm taking 10 credits this semester. Perhaps I'm over-doing it just a touch Is it December yet and class is over?


ETA: OMG, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get the lingo to pop up...i was getting very frustrated with it and then just gave up (and figured out what I was trying to understand)...I just realized I was hitting the Chat Index button...no wonder I just kept getting the chatroom list
