Re: Exercise
Prenatal Yoga... And walking... Plus I feel food shopping, lugging grocery bags and cleaning the house counts as some form of exercise! LOL

Re: Exercise
I jog lightly with my dog in the mornings, and walk a lot (work in the city). I have hand weights I should pick up more often...like when watching TV!

Re: Exercise
I ran and taught kickboxing (non contact) before I got pg, and I am still doing it! I am not that big yet so we will see how it goes but I plan to keep with it as best i can...
Also walk and lift, though I've lightened my weight a bit.

Re: Exercise
I had been running for a bit during the first trimester, but I've been lazy for the past month or so. I'll probably just start walking on the treadmill soon and maybe jog lightly.

Re: Exercise
I do mostly the same as I did before. 5-6 mile runs 3x/week and 2x/week eliptical or spin and lower body and upper strength training.
I am 25 weeks and I run slower and lift lighter weights but other than that I'm doing about the same. I also have a 14 month old that keeps me moving!

Same here! I'm 27.5 weeks and I'm keeping up my pre-PG routine!

Re: Exercise
25 mins on elliptical 2-3 times a week, light weight training and lots of stretching/squats. I've been slacking lately though b/c I'm so busy I can't get to the gym at lunch.
