Exclussively pumping
My dd will be a month this week so I am going to start exclusively pumping and supplementing at night. Any advice what to do? TiA

My LC had me pumping every 3 hours around the clock and told me this was important to establish a supply. At least for the first few months. I always pump a bottle ahead. I would and do pump every time the twins eat. That way your breasts are getting the message to make milk when your LO needs it.
I would get a few extra sets of pump parts and a hands free bra. I love simple wishes hands free bra.
