EWCM and pos. OPK

Hi everyone,

I'm still new to this whole ttc thing. This is our second month trying. Yesterday I pretty sure I had EWCM (cd 14) but got a neg opk (tested at 4pm), and I tested again this morning with FMU (I know I shouldn't have) and got a neg. again. Should I test again this afternoon? At what point after having EWCM should/did you get a smiley face? TIA

If you got EWCM yesterday...i would make sure you BD the next three days. Or atleast today and tomorrow. Once you see EWCM they say you ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hrs after. I would think you should get a positive OPK by now then. However, for some women the OPK just do not work. I would test again leter today and tomorrow if you are worried.

But since you had EWCM i would just assume you most likely will O today or on Sunday. SO get busy bd'ing for the next few days.

This month I got + on a Friday & EWCM on that Sunday...
