Evening primrose oil to induce labor?
I did. I started using it 37w, 4 capsules inserted vaginally every night. Make sure to wear a pad or liner, it leaks a little. It may have gotten things going - I went into labor exactly one week later at 38w, my water broke that night within a few hours of putting them in - but it definitely didn't speed up labor (but I didn't think it would) and DS was born 3 days later after 2 failed Cervadil inductions (failure to progress + fever = emergency C).

See, I thought it just helped start labor - and my situation was so totally not the norm, but I do know of other girls who used EPO and had perfectly normal, easy labors.
